Moderation Workflow

Listing review lifecycle

1. Seller creates or edits a listing
2. App validates content, files, captcha, and policy checks
3. Listing is stored as pending unless the seller is trusted and policy allows immediate publication
4. Moderator reviews listing content, category fit, location fit, image safety, and policy violations
5. Moderator marks listing as published, rejected, removed, or requests revision

Abuse review lifecycle

1. Public visitor or user submits abuse report
2. App records report locally
3. Moderator reviews report context and listing history
4. Moderator resolves with action and audit notes

Admin actions to support

• approve
• reject
• remove
• pause
• feature
• unfeature
• lock seller account
• ban seller account

Auditability

The next implementation pass should add dedicated moderation action logs for listings and users.
